Can I drive?

Under traffic law, there is a legal presumption of inability to drive in the presence of certain substances. Tobacco substitute products containing CBD contain very small amounts of THC (less than 1%). The consumption of such products can nevertheless lead to the maximum permitted THC blood level being exceeded (1.5 micrograms of THC per liter of blood) and the driver therefore being considered unfit to drive.

Anyone who drives under the influence of drugs and exceeds this limit (zero tolerance) is considered unfit to drive and is therefore not allowed to drive any vehicle. It is impossible to determine in the abstract if and when the limit is exceeded as a result of the consumption of such tobacco substitutes."
