5 ways to identify the quality of hemp oil in order to make the best choice and avoid being ripped off
Thanks to CBD, the therapeutic virtues of cannabis are now fully recognized. However, the lack of knowledge about this product makes some people make inappropriate choices that do not correspond to their needs. So, how do you find a good quality hemp oil?
Here are five ways to identify high quality CBD.
1-A clearly stated content
First of all, it is important to be well informed about the product. The amount (rate) of CBD must be clearly indicated on a label. Because it is consumed for therapeutic purposes, the dosage must be known precisely.
2-Knowing the origin
The traceability of the oil, including the origin of its production, must be precisely known. It must be possible to clearly identify the producer and the origin of the plants in order to assess the quality and purity of the oil.
3-A minimum amount of THC
High-quality hemp CBD oil contains less than 1% THC (the plant's active ingredient, which acts on the brain as a psychotropic). What's more, from a legal point of view, CBD oil derived from hemp must contain a maximum level of THC. In Switzerland, for example, legal CBD contains a maximum of 1% THC.
4-Whole plant extract
The best hemp oil is the FULL SPECTRUM crude oil called RAW. As its name suggests, it contains all the cannabinoids contained in the plant, unlike a recomposed oil made with CBD crystal. The latter is made from a mixture of chemically extracted crystals and vegetable oil (olive or hemp). The aim of the FULL SPECTRUM extraction is to collect all the components of the plant (e.g. natural sugar) allowing a complete therapeutic action. 5-Organic production
Raw hemp oil (RAW) means organic production. To obtain a high quality oil, the extraction must be made with cannabis plants cultivated on grounds naturally rich in mineral salts and not requiring any chemical additives for an optimal culture.
